Slitters and Groove Cutters

Slits are cut into high density polyurethane foam. The slits are cut using either a knife blade or thin carbide blades. Each machine is built with a fixed axel that assures a straight and parallel cut every time. Machines can accept sheets up to 2 inches thick and the depth of cut is adjustable from 1/32 to 2 inches.
